Programs that follow the best practices in youth development result in better outcomes in youth, whereas low quality programs are shown to have an effect that is equivalent to not attending a program at all (Child Trends, 2010).

 

MOST is working with our partners to increase program quality by:

 

Creating a common language for defining and designing quality programming

 

 

Developing learning communities to share best practices and foster innovation. Our current learning communities focus on:

 

 

Offering youth development professional  training, professional development and networking
